Galadriel is a special character to me, mythic and fascinating. It was as enjoyable to shoot as Lord of the Rings. When I wore the elf ears again, I had this wonderful feeling of dejá vú. I couldn’t stop laughing. I was very young when I played Galadriel. I hope to have evolved, to be a better actress, person and mother. - Cate Blanchett

Faith of the Seven by mustamirri

(Source: gameoflulz)

tirairgid:

The Faith of the Seven holds that there is one god who has seven faces or aspects: the Father, the Mother, the Maiden, the Crone, the Warrior, the Smith, and the Stranger. Each aspect represents one part of life or existence. In practice, many devotees will refer to the aspects as “Gods” plural, though priests of the Faith will attempt to stress the theological nuance to their followers that there is indeed only one God, the “Seven-in-One” deity. Due to the “Seven-in-One” nature of the deity, the number seven is sacred in the religion, with symbolism involving the number seven featuring heavily in its belief system.

I’ve been all over the world, my boy, and everywhere I go people tell me about “the true God”. They all think they’ve found the right one!
